why can't they make a functional app or website that shows what the price is on things in their store? Sams is fricking sh*te but at least they have a functional website and app that doesn't require me physically walking into the store to check on a price of something. /end1stworldrant

Sam’s gets the benefit of Walmart in having world class technology.
Costco is investing in digital but they are behind large retailers.

But can you get a chicken bake and a DOUBLE CHUNK CHOCOLATE COOKIE at Sam’s? Didn’t think so. Sam’s gets a DOOM, and Costco gets a big BOOM!

Yes, I have no idea how Costco has not caught up to the checkout app. My only complaint about Costco is the length of the lines on the weekend.

Because if you see the prices you’ll budget exactly what you want beforehand, may not even come at all. They want you in there making uninformed decisions on the fly

That's also why they rearrange sh*te every other week.

Sam's has place your order from home, drive to Sam's the next day at a specific time within an hour, pick up your order. Never have to wander through the store. Get what you need. Some of it they may ship to you which beats hefting canned pet food.
Time saved by the customer. minutes at least, and no searching.
